Auditors

At the annual shareholders' meeting on May 3, 2010, the PricewaterhouseCoopers Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main, and the Ernst & Young GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Stuttgart, were elected as the independent auditor and Group auditor for the 2010 financial year, subject to the provision that each auditor is able to conduct the audit alone if the other auditor should drop out for a reason for which the Company is not responsible.
