It also includes direct links to popular Internet services such as Google, Google Mail and Google Maps. In addition, users can personalize it by downloading any of the thousands of programs and games available from Android Market™. In October 2009, T-Mobile will begin offering the new phone on an exclusive basis. T-Mobile offers this smartphone from EUR 4.95 in conjunction with the Combi Flat S rate.

Communicative companion
The T-Mobile Pulse is the third Android-based smartphone in T-Mobile's mobile-device portfolio. With it, Deutsche Telekom again sets itself apart as a leading provider of smartphones with the Android open-source operating system. In addition, the T-Mobile Pulse is the first Android-based smartphone that supports both the MyCommunity and Media Center ser-vices. Via MyCommunity, users can keep constant track of their contacts and get in touch with any of them by phone call, text message or their on-line community. Via the Media Center, they can select personal media content for viewing on their smartphone, computer or TV set via Entertain and for sharing with other people. On its large touchscreen display, the T-Mobile Pulse offers a total of six personalizable starting pages for such applications and for apps simplifying Internet access. With these helpful tools, mobile users can quickly access whatever they need to access: their contacts, photos, videos, favorite games, favorite Web sites and favorite communities.

Cutting-edge technology
The HSPA technology used by the T-Mobile Pulse supports Internet connections of up to 7.2 Mbps downstream and 2 Mbps upstream. The phone's 320 x 480 pixel display shows over 16 million colors and quickly switches from horizontal to vertical display format in keeping with the way the phone is held. Its 3.2-MP autofocus camera takes brilliant photos and videos, and of course the phone can transmit such media files directly via the Internet. With its integrated GPS receiver, the T-Mobile Pulse also functions as a compact navigation device. Headsets and music players can easily be connected via a 3.5 mm TRS connector or Bluetooth. The phone comes with a black cover, a white cover and a 2GB microSD memory card.
